Mahesh Thapa, Operations Head at Kadak Brewpub, is the backbone behind the brand’s smooth day-to-day functioning. With extensive experience across hotels, large institutional kitchens, and brewpub operations, he brings structure, consistency, and a strong customer-first mindset to every service.
At Kadak, Mahesh manages operations end-to-end — from facilities, SOPs, hygiene audits, and inventory control to staff briefings, guest handling, and peak-hour execution. His calm leadership style and on-floor presence ensure that quality and service standards never drop, even during the busiest hours.
Having worked with reputed names such as Sodexo, Barbeque Nation, Sayaji Hotels, and Caprofat Catering, Mahesh combines operational rigor with people-centric hospitality. His belief is simple: when systems are strong and teams are aligned, great guest experiences follow naturally.


Chef Pradnyavant Madhale is the culinary force behind Kadak Brewpub. A graduate of IHM, his journey began with Taj Hotels and took him to the global kitchens of MGM Grand, Las Vegas—working at the iconic Wolfgang Puck restaurant—followed by professional experience in Malaysia.
At Kadak, he leads the kitchen and operations with a clear focus: food that pairs effortlessly with craft beer, delivers bold, honest flavours, and feels both familiar and exciting. From menu development and kitchen systems to team training and consistency, Chef Pradnyavant ensures every plate reflects Kadak’s spirit.
